Who am I?
If you asked me about intuition, I would have asked - what the hell is that and how do I even know how to recognize it? I would anxiously wonder if I was operating from intuition or ego when I wanted something. Which made making decisions a torturous process. I’d data collect on opinions from anyone and everyone before I even dared to ask myself what I deeply wanted to do. And even if I did know, I’d be too terrified to go for it because of all the limiting beliefs I had holding me back. And that kept me depressed on and off, for years to come.
It wasn't until I started to go beyond the thinking mind and reconnect with my intuition that things began to shift. By learning to explore the dark unknown areas of my ego’s cave, I was able to find the blocks that were holding me back from trusting my inner wisdom. I made bold decisions, embraced my authentic self, and created a life filled with purpose and joy.
I used to buy into the belief that life was a difficult journey, now I know that it doesn’t have to be. Healing with ease is actually possible.
My name is Lara, I’m a Manifesting Generator, and I’m a slow-life traveler photographer and artist. I have a podcast called The Heart Picker, I write here, and I’m a certified ontological coach with a focus on intuition, manifestation practices, body movement, and shadow work.
When it comes to coaching, I believe that nothing builds security and confidence more than when you find your own set of grounding and practical strategies to help you become the architect of your life.
